Data Transit Launches New Customer Portal Customer Service Maximized though Portal Technology San Jose, CA. (July 14, 2003) -- Data Transit Corporation, the leading supplier of modular bus protocol analyzers, announced today the launch of its new Customer Portal. Customers are now able to access their own dedicated customer area for product updates, software downloads, tips, articles and information for each of their Data Transit Analyzer and PacketMaker™ products. This portal provides an easy way to download software updates and replaces the previous method of downloading software from the main website. Customers who already own products from Data Transit should register as soon as possible in order to obtain access to new software updates for their products. In addition, they will find new helpful support materials contained in the portal. All that is required to log into the customer portal is a valid product serial number and completion of a simple registration process.
